Q or Q+, a quick question if you find time. Why is Sessions enacting civil forfeiture if you are suspected to be guilty of a crime. And when proven innocent, those people aren't getting their stuff back.

This has been proven to already be a major problem in police departments taking advantage of this action to fund their department. How are we to trust Sessions when at any moment any American citizen can be suspected guilty of a crime and forfeit all their possessions? This seems unconstitutional.
