Also, is SC Kavanaugh going to rule against the very govt surveillance legislation he helped draft under W? It's not so much that he may have had loyalty to Bush; It's more so that he helped muddy Constitutional principles in the Bill of Rights that bothers me, which was likely repaid by a Circuit Court position.
