I personally believe in a "creator", but reject all religion.. without a creator, this becomes meaningless โ€œWe hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness"โ€ฆ

why do you assume I refer to a creator as a thing or individual? It could be a natural process where life itself flows forth from. therefore, the fact I exist, and am part of "creation", I am entitled to all natural rights as part of that creation, and no human has the rights to alter, abridge, or abolish those rightsโ€ฆ Or it could be some old dude in a robe sitting on a throne in the sky? who knows!
