Possibly. I'm not sure who the culprits are behind the directed energy weapons / harassment campaigns, it was just a guess since these guys seem to be in that field. I'm almost certain it's some type of black hat organization. Deep state CIA / FBI / DHS. White hats wouldn't do this type of thing to the American population.

I think this guy might be tied to the U1 scandal however since a lot of what goes on at this site is related to nuclear energy.
