Newbies come and don't take the time to READ! They come here, start chattibg and posting without doing the WORK. The spreadsheet is at the top. It will take a long time to READ and Catch up. So instead, they start vomiting their thoughts on the board.

Picture this.. you show up in the MIDDLE of the lecture at MIT and start talking about the end conclusion when you missed the first steps.
