My interpretation was that crossing from Phase 1 into Phase 2 is why this is now to be spread far and wide. Something changed behind the scenes that we don't know about, I think.
To correlate with a change re Q, we've gone from Phase 1 to Phase 2. Something behind the scenes has changed. We are now on offense, not defense. Whether that change was caused by the knowledge RaAnon posted or if the change here is a result of something that happened on Q's side of things, I don't know.
There were 2 Twitter accounts (I won't name them), who I believe were the same person or two closely associated people. The first tweeted information similar to Q's side of things. The second tweeted esoteric info, saying that he was associated with Q, but spreading the type of info that wouldn't be accepted here in the Q section of 8ch.
I have to wonder if the number of anons reading and/or posting in RaAnon's thread(s) was great enough to (help) cause the shift from Phase 1 to Phase 2 (in addition to offline events taking place re: swamp draining).

Let me take this one step further and link this dream state with manifestation in the NOW we are living in.
My family used to say about me that I would dream dreams and make them come true, but what they didn't know was that the dreams that came true just kind of fell into my lap. The common thread was that I was very much a loner and would listen to music w/headphones in the dark and DAYDREAM about the things that I really wanted to happen.
And many of them did. Things from meeting/befriendly celebrities I liked (I was a teenager, after all), to being able to travel to faraway lands despite being from a somewhat poor family, and landing the career I wanted at that time.
Over the years, I no longer had time to do this and had run out of dreams to pursue. I never really noticed that common thread about my dreams that came true until I started investigating meditation, visualization, manifestation … and it struck me that I used to know how to do this as a kid all along.
I hope that info combined with yours adds to TRUTHS to be discovered here.

Maybe go try daydreaming while awake first? Dark room, music, headphones, lie down. Think of something that you'd like to happen. Imagine that it already has happened. Don't focus on how it happened, leave that up to the universe. It's already happened. How are you feeling? What are you doing? What are you saying?
Maybe this will open up something inside so that you start dreaming while asleep?
The unseen dark beings reside in the 4th dimension, don't they? Isn't "Time" the "4th dimension"? The "ether" or "ethereal plane"? Is this why it seems like humanity and earth/gaia are going to go straight from 3D to 5D? Is it to prevent any 4D entities from having any further influence to prevent ascension to 5D?
I think of the MOST HIGH FATHER as the Source of all in the Universe and Jesus Christ as one of the ascended masters who was trying to teach us how to reach this state.

I guess the key is actually KNOWING that you're bound to a contract in the first place so that you use your free will to leave. If souls are bound by these eternal contracts that were made thousands of years ago and are stuck in the reincarnation loop with the memory wiped clean at each incarnation, how does one know to even exit something he or she doesn't know is in effect?

I believe what was being said is that the Dracos are confined to 4-D space and can only affect us while we're in 3-D. You're talking about not going into the tunnel of light at death. The other anon is talking about ascending to 5-D Earth in the now, not going there after dying. Once a being ascends to 5-D, the Dracos and their tricks have no effect. They can't influence.
