FACEBOOK up to something?

So, after lot's of folks have been complaining about fake friend requests being sent out in their name, I was trying to view/check what non friends see on my facebook page and I couldn't find the "view as" buttons "…" but after digging a bit I was finally directed to this … After all the lib fuckery of late, WHY doesn't FB want me to see/review what others see on my page?
