R is the amount of replies.
There is a 751 reply post limit, which is why all breads except one have R751
The bread with the smaller number is the current bread
The best size for Twitter is 1024 x 512
DPI - standard 300 is good
The most effective memes are brief, witty and trigger an emotional response which normies will want to retweet . share etc.
As for meme subjects just keep browsing the current bread, you'll find your current subjects being discussed.
