US Submariners accused of crimes against children

The military, all of them third-class officers, are accused of taking a minor girl to the Kitsap-Bangor Naval Base headquarters in Washington state and subjecting her to sexual acts in September of last year.

The investigators stated that all the officers had sexual intercourse in a group in a place where they smoked with the alleged victim, who was only described in judicial documents under 16 but over 12.
