Need to stop telling kids they need to go to college to succeed. In fact, it's almost the opposite because of the glut and devaluation of the degree. Many of my friends who didn't go to college are now doing much better than those who did. Old lady's brother, project manager at a commercial HVAC sub, is pulling in six figures easy.
