Was on the news tonight. (limo being towed out). Seemed it had blown through a stop sign and come to a sudden stop at the bottom of a ditch.
No one wears seat belts in a limo. 100 km (+?) to 0 in a confined space. Passengers still going 100 when the limo stops.
Very tragic. Failed brakes?
Driver medical emergency?
Limos full of people are very heavy.
