With nothing created God could "move" no where.

At the limits of his consciousness he creates a boundary.

Now God has somewhere to move to.

God moves to the edge of this boundary.
(Using a compass, draw an equal sized circle, with it's center anywhere on the "boundary line" of the first circle.)
God now perceives the properties of light.
(After drawing the two precisely-overlapping circles, you will notice another shape is created where the two intersect. This is called the "Vesica Pieces", whose angles give the square roots of 2,3 and 5. Giving us the mathematical properties of light.)
God then decides to create, using these new-found properties.
(And God said, "Let there be light." And there was light.)
Moving logically, continuing to draw equal sized circles, more properties are revealed…
