Been haphazardly digging around in how the Fed could be restructured (per Q) and ran across this article. It started under Hussein, but a shakeup occurred about a month prior to this article (April 2017)- Jerome Powell succeeded Daniel Tarullo (stepped down). Haven’t dug on these individuals yet.
