This was released as "news" some weeks ago.

The answer to it was that Hussain had to have created the situation of no hearing for the FISA warrant; since in no other case could there not be a hearing.

So the whole situation of no hearing implicates Hussain directly.

I read it but I don't have a citation. Does make sense though?

If you have the old breads. How do you search them?

>I work at the same place as he did.

Anybody could say that, fool. I'm not that stupid.

yeah, and my brother's girlfreind's uncle lived down the street and was an eyewitness.

Oldest trick in the book.

And the fools buy it, because why?

They have no notion of true criminal forensics or questioning of witness[es] and they feel guilty to [apparently] act callous toward the dead.

>realize how precious the court’s legitimacy is."

My blood pressure goes up with this since the two she mentions as 'centrists" made an arbitrary decision in appointing W. Bush to the Presidency.

The Court has been lacking legitimacy since then.

You can't cover up that "one - off" decision.

Courts can't be arbitrary or yes, they loose their legitimacy.
