Little bit of fact. Little bit of sarcasm.

DPRK would saber rattle and sometimes be a little too provocative. Taking things to a point of escalation. China and Russia have always acted behind the scenes to temper those actions.

Now things are changing and China has lost that influence over DPRK. POTUS reached out to them and it's clear what has happened. This is geopolitical brinksmanship at a level China has never seen before. They were not and are not ready for this.

We live in interesting times anon. This is fascinating to watch and be a small part of it through this board.

Excellent points. Anons also need to remember that Chinese folklore plays into a lot of what they do as well. They're a very 'historical' people from more than one perspective.

Another anon posted yesterday about reading 'Unrestricted Warfare'. You can find it with a quick search. It's worth the read. Been a long time since I read it and I'll leave it at that. Might be a bit dry but it gives a look into how they think and evaluate.
