(dub dubs checked)

Excellent. I'll take care of some IRL stuff

and just stay close for backup

in the event it's needed.

Kek. One of the "IRL stuff" items I was thinking of taking care of was looking into the Linux switch. These forced update attempts the last few weeks have put me through it.

Iodine supplements

Magnesium supplements

Ex-biochemfag here. Besides fluoride, we also get too much bromide and chloride from artificial additives in our food (all negatively charged ions in the same chemical group as Iodide) and by far not enough magnesium (the partner to calcium, both positively charged ions) due to industrial farming's soil depletion.

The results of this electrolyte imbalance are multi-fold, the primary being: 1) impaired electrical functioning in our neurons and muscle cells leading to sluggish/irritable thinking & muscle cramp/fatigue, 2) crystallization of calcium salts out of our blood and tissues, causing kidney stones, arthritis, gout, arterial plaque, embolisms and many other probs, 3) Mag leaches from teeth and bones to make up the lack, causing tooth decay and brittle bones, and 4) poor immune function.

Everyone should take Iodine and Mag daily to counter. Simple, safe, cheap, natural.

Prolly will need higher Mag than maintenance dose for 6 weeks bc it will be taken up by bones for a time. Not sure about Iodine. It will be taken up by the thyroid for a time, but gland processes are much faster than bone processes. Just read up for guidelines–lots of info out there. Mag is a relaxant, good to take a half-hour before bed. Will help you sleep.
