your middle circle is a dumpster.
The top circle is a car in the back parking lot to the Apple diner place.
camera lens is "flattening" the image, so you are losing scale on the distances between the objects.

I am surprised we can't find raw video of the limo tow-out that happened overnight…Are morecapableAnonsthanme on it??
Not suggesting anything nefarious, but seems like if we had that, we'd have a good loo at the damage to the front of the limo.
BTW…That middle circle could be a roof rack on a SUV, rather than a dumpster, I suppose, but the camera lens "flattening" would still apply there, too.
