I am needing some advice from anons. Judge Napolitano gave a lecture in which he states that Justice Kavanaugh was the "scrivener" for the Patriot Act. Most of my contacts on Facebook have taken this statement as proof that Kavanaugh is just another deep state villain who "wrote" the Patriot Act. I suspect that Kavanaugh was probably just a scribe who used the Scrivener software and Napolitano mislead everyone. How can I find out Kavanaugh's true role in this?
