The stop and frisk laws are BS. Complete decimation of our 4th amendment rights happened long ago.
We would do well to reverse stop and frisk, or to at least hinder its use.

When scotus makes a decision, they HAVE to show compliance with the constitution. That’s their job.
Seriously, if a law is removed, things are not typically going to be stable at first. Common sense. That’s no argument for keeping bad law that expands government intrusion of our lives. Stop and frisk is the worst. It’s just a way to get one on people without a warrant.
