Soros takes order from the Pentagon.
At least the part which is not under total control.
He funnels money for waging wars in selected countries, for the Pentagon/NATO account.
It's the Cebrowski/Rumsfeld plan for the world, it becomes obvious men such as Soros and other big-money guys are very precious assets due to their capacity to infiltrate any foreign civilization via their network of charity foundations etc.
It seems sufficiently obvious regarding a geopolitical point of view to affirm that Soros is funneling money to destabilize countries targeted by some individuals, because it's a well known strategy pushed by D's and neocon based on the work of Cebrowski, Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz.
And as luck would have it, it mostly benefits the interests of NATO / darkest part of the Pentagon. And by extension, the interests of many transnational companies affiliated to "rich" governments (energy domain, oil/gas, minerals…)

I would like to add we can observe the exact same scheme involving other organisms such as the red cross, which seems to be used as a whole alternative banking system for money laundering.
My assumption is based on observation : what happened in the middle east, involving the bad part of the Pentagon (when the Russian killed CIA operatives in Raqqa, the whole WH staff just did not tell anything about it and it was well documented/reported on pro-military website).

That's my 2 cents about it. To me, the war to regain full control of the Pentagon (which is a HUGE crab nest with many federal employees/bureaucrats) seems to be ongoing.
Maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong. That's what I observe and think for myself.
