Anons, I need help.

I have reason to believe someone or some group is releasing millions of Aedes Aegypti mosquitoes into Southern California where I live. If you live here you know what I'm talking about - the most aggressive, stealthy mosquitoes have all but replaced the native population in an incredibly short amount of time.

Officials blame containers coming from overseas, specifically China but a surface dig shows labs have been releasing this specific genus ON PURPOSE.

I know someone is behind it but I have no idea how/if it's possible to trace these back somewhere.

Any advice or guidance? I don't want to be that guy that just waits and hopes someone like Q or Trump comes along to magically save the day.
