Here are past pre-election October Surprises of note (pic related). Not all turned public opinion, but all were intended to. POTUS needs to ensure maximum impact, and since history shows that waiting as long as possible is best (no time for opponent to recover) I’d expect to see the fully redacted FISA application no earlier than Monday, Oct. 23. Patience is in order; panic is good.
