We have many currupt people in lower levels that could try to get elected or snatch a position.
Does Q or Potus know the outcome of the election this year? if democrats get more seats they could block all of Potus efforts.
for this we need one of 2 conditions
1) No bad people are up for votes
2) the uninformed public needs to know who is good person
