I spent hours last night looking through snowden's twitter for something that would fit with the CIA kids code page. I found this.

Q told use the CIA uses the kids website to pass info to rogue agents. Q gave us a snowden twitter post. We need to look through the comments. The inputs will be odd collections of letters. probably in a picture to make it harder to parse by a machine. I found this in a random comment without context last night.
