I just read through and archived this webpage. Wikileaks clues lead to the locations of 4 Tier III & IV Data Centers - One in Tokyo, One in Ireland that links as an Amazon Web data center, one in Manassas, VA, and one in San Francisco. They are all close to airports. Sounds like there is going to be a big Wikileaks drop about spying and data collection forthcoming, to state to obvious. Posting the PDF, if anons want I'll post all 31 of the JPEG images that make this up.
