Two years ago I weighed 260. I had high blood pressure and frequent headaches.

I totally got off of any and all sugar and grains.

Today I weigh 185 and my blood pressure is normal. I feel great.

Salt is not the problem. Lack of potassium is.

You only get your daily requirement (4700 mg) by eating a lot of green leafy vegetables.
