If cures already exist, then what is more important than helping people get access to them? Why must this subject in particular be delayed for timing?

I have 2 family members who are suffering and nearing death, 1 with pancreatic cancer, and another with dementia / alzheimers. I expect both will be gone within a year.

Will the plan save them?
