They do have a situations where the whole factory floor is "manned" by young females that don't have the $$ for college or uni. or perhaps did poorly on their GaoKao (their version of U.S. SATs)

 

most migrant workers return home for the Chinese New Year and many don't return to their employers …leaving huge turnovers and an influx of production delays or shit quality products being made during or just after the Chinese New Year.
