Good and Evil are relative terms I guess.
Are some people just born Evil? Maybe some are born into darkness, I hate to think that way. Babies are innocent, but you can see evil even in some very young.

Good question, it would have to be through deception. No one would willingly allow evil to be present in their lives. Of course there is always the angle of "because God allowed it" which would be like the story of Job
