Legally how? Because Kavanaugh helped author legislation saying that the govt's interest in collecting data overrides citizens' privacy concerns? Without false flags like 9-11, the govt wouldn't have that interest.

Perhaps Q evangelists refers to putting faith before reason.

Is it wrong to critique or criticize Kavanaugh's past and his odd testimony about 9-11 simply because it dampens the MAGA spirit?

Maybe Botham Jean references the continued crime and corruption committed by the Clintons while anons' posts about Gitmo theories make notables and Q promises the next IG report will drop the hammer.

I agree with you, except his testimony was very odd, like he knows the secret and it's safe with him.

You have to wonder why the CIA wouldn't care about Gorsuch who has a stronger record supporting the Bill of Rights than Kavanaugh. But with Kavanaugh, they fought hard, or appeared to fight. Maybe it was like the democrats who opposed invading Iraq. It made the public support it all the more to fight terrorism.

We don't know what Kavanagh will do in the future. Military trinunals hopefully, but whether he'll rule on that and how he'll rule is unknown.
