I don't delve much into separation of humankind into races as this is too sensitive and I think doesn't help with the general picture, but you are right that we are having proxy wars here, namely the Galactic Federation through activated high level govt officials and Patriots (who have faith in the Creator or a higher purpose) vs the Draco Reptilians that operate through the banking cartels, h-wood, basically the Cabal.
I heard it from COBRA, but most public ET contactees and SSP insiders have information that aligns with this.

Fun fact, The Constitution was written with the blessings of the Light forces, which was a real bummer to the Cabal, apparently that is why they decided to shift their power base into the US to destroy a free country and control the world from there.
