According to sources, Ted Kennedy kept his fury at Clinton private. The fury was attributed to her praise of former President Lyndon Baines Johnson for getting the 1964 Civil Rights Act accomplished. Kennedy had felt that the comments were an implicit slight and belittlement of his assassinated brother President John F. Kennedy. JFK had proposed the initiative in a famous address in June of 1963 which was televised.
One source that was anonymous said that Kennedy had a “meltdown;” in reaction to Clinton’s comments. According to another source, Senator Kennedy was upset about two things that had occurred on the same day of campaigning in New Hampshire, one day before the state’s primary.
Also, insiders say that he was also angry with the themed comments made by former US President Bill Clinton while on the campaign trail. During the endorsement speech at American University on Monday, Kennedy did not hide his disdain for the tone of the campaign.
Melissa Wagoner, spokeswoman for Ted Kennedy said she would neither confirm nor deny that he was angered by Clinton’s LBJ comments. Wagoner said: “Senator Kennedy knows that candidates can’t always be responsible for the things their supporters say. He’s proud of President Kennedy’s role in the civil rights movement, and believes that it’s time to unify and inspire Americans to believe we can achieve great things again."
And a little blurb on the Caroline Kennedy appointment not to the NY Senate seat.

Later we began a series (as of yet no Part II, but perhaps it is still timely to publish and there is still interest) about our privately heard information, again before the curve, that Senator Chuck Schumer is A, if not THE, secret hand against the Caroline power grab and why Hillary Supporters and Upstate New Yorkers would prevent Caroline Kennedy becoming the appointed U.S. Senator. The Schumer rumors have now been confirmed, after the beheading, by Big Media outlets.
