ethanol does not store worth a shit.
it is hydrophilic and waters up fast.
it will wreck any small engine running higher ethanol.
you burn more of it than same quantity of gasoline - lower energy density.
it's a win for farmers.
not so much for the rest of us.
i have already been forced to buy my gasoline from airports to escape ethanol and allow me to store it or use in tractors and small engines.
looks like that practice will continue for me.
excessive ethanol consumption can cause marital problems as well.
