My derp self was wondering what Kavanaugh actually SAID/DID regarding the Patriot Act, because what was he sworn in on, what did he know about the full scope, etc etc.

(And here it is)

I noticed something.

On this page, including References:

The term NSA comes up 29 times.

Snowden: 6

PRISM: 2

Echelon: 0

Cyber (Command): 0

FBI/Federal B: 0

CIA/Ce: 0

Think Snowden.

Think Adm. Rogers

Playing The Game to get into position.

Not everyone is perfect

Sometimes the hats and tactics were Gray, but always White Dominant.

Better than being on Clinton's Kill List.

Furthermore.

Think Snowden II: Failed.

Think Gen. Nakasone Satoshi-sama.

Why is it that the only "target" is the NSA?

Who is targeting them, and why?

How long has this been going on for?

Why was Obama considering removing Adm. Rogers?

https://www.nytimes.com/2016/11/20/us/politics/obama-remove-nsa-leader-michael-rogers.html

If Kavanaugh "defended the Patriot Act" in 2015, and Adm. Rogers was the NSA/CyberCom head since 2014… how aware of each other were they?

And a fun tidbit from Admiral Roger's Wki:

"The Washington Post reported on 19 November 2016 that Defense Secretary Ashton B. Carter and Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James R. Clapper, Jr. had sometime earlier in the year recommended to President Obama that Rogers be terminated as director of the National Security Agency.[15] Carter reportedly recommended he be terminated due to poor performance, whereas Clapper considered it wise that the position be held by a civilian.[15] Both Clapper and Carter had put Rogers on notice for poor performance in internal security and leadership style.[15] His termination was reportedly delayed due to stalled changes to the bureaucratic structure of the intelligence community.[15] Before the recommendation of firing was made, Rogers met with then President-elect Donald Trump without notifying his superiors.[16] Trump was reportedly considering replacing Clapper with Rogers as DNI, however that position went to former Senator Dan Coats, with Rogers remaining NSA director.[15]"

Parts of the Patriot Act aren't a thing anymore anyway because it was renamed the USA Freedom Act. It's magic! SEE HOW THAT WORKS?! From the Wiki:

"Following a lack of Congressional approval, parts of the Patriot Act expired on June 1, 2015.[11] With passing the USA Freedom Act on June 2, 2015, the expired parts were restored and renewed through 2019.[12] However, Section 215 of the law was amended to stop the National Security Agency (NSA) from continuing its mass phone data collection program.[12] Instead, phone companies will retain the data and the NSA can obtain information about targeted individuals with permission from a federal court.[12]"

It was renewed… we're using their tools against (((them))), remember? We'll be able to fix this shit after November, but until then, we're watching a show and we're not even at that Part (3) yet.

Besides, you're overlooking that it's JUST about the NSA and PRISM, and none of the other tentacles and nigger machinations.

"After suspected abuses of the USA PATRIOT Act were brought to light in June 2013 with articles about collection of American call records by the NSA and the PRISM program (see 2013 mass surveillance disclosures), Representative Jim Sensenbrenner, Republican of Wisconsin, who introduced the Patriot Act in 2001, said that the National Security Agency overstepped its bounds.[207] He released a statement saying "While I believe the Patriot Act appropriately balanced national security concerns and civil rights, I have always worried about potential abuses." He added: "Seizing phone records of millions of innocent people is excessive and un-American."[207][208]"

So… There are still things in play we [We] are not aware of. The fuck's DARPA been up to, for example. Google is just a part of Alphabet, so does everyone under that umbrella get to access whatever information? Etc etc.
