Auto manufactures can "tune" an autombile for ethanol - this should be manadtory if we are going to raise the ethanol content of motor fuels.

As a side not, 85% ethanol is considered racing fuel

ETHANOL has almost NO PREDETINATION whereas gasoline is rated by octane (which determines its preignition point by temperature and heat)
