Forgive me anons if this has been posted already. I don't think Cotton would go off like this on Schumer/Feinstein, et al, w/o proof and it does sound plausible. It might mean that Cotton has a friend in the FBI leaking about its ongoing investigation into the entire Kavanaugh-Ford-Blasey "wrap up smear":
