Ok…. I found CIA documents 1983 about China nuclear plants in Guangdong, Shanghai etc… at the end it has a few names.

Looked one particular name because the last name was Mueller so I checked it out a little. I probly wouldn't have though it was anything worthy enough to be a notable or anything but I saw james bakers name in it. In the link below along with kissinger's etc..
