Having been involved in litigation, represented by a good guy lawyer working our case based on contingency, yes, some times you have to take it one week at a time and results can all depend on what judge you get and what the defendant does to delay the case. Took us 2 years to deal with a jackass in a straightforward civil case where a contractor took our money and ran. What Q team is dealing with is MUCH more complicated than that. If you haven't dealt with the court system personally, you might not understand how slow this process is in our country.

Again, unless you've been directly involved in litigation you wouldn't get it. Each week you have a goal and a plan of attack and each week the defendant can counter it and fuck it up. Aside from that one example I gave, I'll give you another to ponder - the woman who was with my brother the night he died (who was arrested and held on charges) has pushed off her court cases for going on 2 years now. It's a shitty fucking system and unless you have been involved in it, you wouldn't understand. It's THAT bad.
