Instead of putting more corn on our gas tanks how about limiting the 20 different blends of fuel that the refineries have to make for the US.

How about easing regulations so refineries can be built in this country while getting back to say 4 or 5 blends so we are not fucking around switching over to make various fuels for different parts of the country due to some state regulations.
