Each rally his language on these things becomes just a little more explicit and he zeroes in a little closer to what we've been told in the crumbs.

You don't know WHO is engineering the weather. Battle of opposing forces? Badguys trying to hurt our country? Good guys creating a reason for national guard to be in there, and a contrived storm that won't be as bad as predicted? You don't know and neither do I.
You don't know WHY the storm is engineered and neither do I. There are so many plausible reasons autists can conceive of. We do know that coastal regions and national borders are where the most trafficking occurs.
Trust the plan. I do.
I am not "arguing" one way or the other. I'm just pointing out that we really don't know.
Military commanders sometimes face terrible dilemmas, and they are trained to think about these scenarios. Sometimes it is necessary to choose between taking a military action in which a few might die … in order to save thousands or lives or even millions.
Anons don't normally have to weigh some lives versus many lives and make that horrible trade-off. But such is the nature of a military command responsibility.
