French fries are all carbs which turn to sugar.

(Hows' your blood pressure? Your blood sugar? How's your weight?)

Pure water can be a problem because it depletes your body of vital nutrients and minerals.

Use your body as "the sauce."

Three years ago, I weighed 260 with a blood pressure ~160/95. My feet tingled due to diabetic neuropathy. At 63 years, I was headed for a wheelchair and a basket of prescriptions.

I cut out all carbs (grains) and sugar (including sugar from fruit).

Ate looks of green leafy vegetables, moderate amounts of protein and high amounts of fat.

Today, at 66, I weigh 180 and my blood pressure is ~125/75. My neuropathy, which still is a problem, hasn't gotten worse.

I choose organic wherever possible and I refuse to eat anything GMO, including meat that consumed GMO foodstuffs.

That's my sauce.

No, you missed my point. Pure water (in your context) has the required minerals. Pure water as I refer to it (ultra pure) has no minerals and can leach them out of your system. You need the right amount of electrolytes.
