I dunno about Michael but

certainly weather warfare is a thing.

If others are doing this to us, we are combatting it.

But combatting weather mod can be tricky.

One party is making temperature changes, wind, high or low pressure, trying to intensify a storm and then cause it to advance toward a target.

The other party has to figure out what is being done, and counteract. Different temperature patterns, wind patterns, barometric pressure, etc. Suck the energy out of the storm.

When two parties are both trying to modify weather in the same area, I believe the results would not be 100% predictable. That is why people are asked to leave, for their safety. As POTUS said human life is the highest value that must be protected.

Then when the storm comes ashore, inland, if it isn't as strong as predicted, people say the weather prediction service was off.

What really was happening cannot be discussed; it would be national security info not provided to the national weather service.

I was trying to convey this in a prior bread but had to step out of the house and did not finish explaining how complex it may be to create equal and opposite conditions to counteract what an enemy might be trying to do weatherwise.

I don't member those specifics, but in general spouseanon and I have been watching weather and weather modification for several decades now. People who deny it just are not paying close enough attention, or are trusting the 'authorities' to tell them what's up.

I presume that by now, ourguys' counter-modification capabilities are well advanced, but that more nations have also implemented the capabilities. Having extremely good intel (all comms?) would also be helpful to understand what the badguys are doing. So I presume we have that advantage as well, although ourguys are probably not alone in having it.
