If you love talking to people about important issues, this opportunity is perfect for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Talk to voters about political issues and Democratic candidates running for office
– Distribute literature, cards to voters and collect voter contact data
– Work with a team of high-energy and motivated people and/or with minimal supervision
– Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor and HAVE FUN!
QUALIFICATIONS
– Candidate must enjoy talking to people and have great people skills
– Candidate must be honest, hard-working, reliable, goal-oriented and willing to learn
– Candidate must be comfortable with walking and standing for an extended period in any climate
– Candidate must have reliable transportation (car preferred) and valid driver’s license
– Candidate must have working email and smartphone (iPhone or Android preferred)
– Candidate must be available from 3:30-8:30 PM and/or Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
– Candidate must live in Oakland or Wayne County and/or be comfortable commuting to the Livonia/Novi, MI area
