Actually the Congress would have to get a judge to issue a bench warrant on RR for failure to appear. Then a traffic cop could stop him for a minor violation and he would go to jail.

Happens all the time.

Then after the cop throws RR in county have the judge deny bail because of likelihood of not returning for hearing.

That depends upon the fertility of the land. High quality farm land with good drainage and little scrub is at about 3,000 to 4,000 per acre. So your theory will depend upon each section of land.

You are missing the point. Startups have tight budgets and need as much cash-flow as possible.

Second you can always pay off ahead of schedule. The downside to that is interest is a business expense and reduces your tax burden. All equity paid is taxed at normal rate reducing your personal take home..
