RR: Not corrupt. Possibly casually signed a piece of paper he didn't read by people he generally trusted and worked with for many years. When he became consciously aware is unknown. At some point, he probably decided to participate and "go with the flow" as it was too risky to express dissent to what was happening. Ultimately defangs the plot by deceiving the plotters and tricking his way into being the overseer of Mueller. Plotters (Re: McCabe Memos) figure this out, and conduct damage control from both ends. Fire RR = Russian obstruction = Damage Trump. Fire RR = Get rid of someone they don't want = Mueller's hands untied.

Trump takes advantage and injects his own confusion, by constantly putting out fake and contradictory information. You don't get to know when big things will happen. The entire point is DISINFORMATION. If that guy named chan can't figure out when exactly things will happen, you can be sure that the plotters can't.
