On Monday, Sept. 10, Brett Kavanaugh went on his first date with his now wife. She was W's personal assistant/secretary when he was gov of Texas, suring his presidential campaign, and in the white house. The Kavanaughs were in the white house on Sept. 11 and had to be evacuated. His wife had on a checkered shirt that day.

Yet, he was nominated to the SC.

My beef with what? The Kenyan being president? Trump couldn't control that, but he could control who he nominated to the SC. Or maybe he couldn't. Anyway, 9-11 happened under Bush, and Kav had odd stories that day. This isn't Fox News where everything is solved with republicans, and just because I didn't say crooked Hillary in my post doesn't mean I'm a liberal.

Well, I know. And Kavanaugh helped draft the Patriot Act, not me. Also, I wasn't wearing a checkered shirt on 9-11. Regardless, were there no other judges who could've been nominate instead?
