I am pretty much aware of that. The question is, who are the people, that are cashing out in large sums. Trump was accusing the FED and said: "The fed has gone crazy." (https://www.businessinsider.de/trump-fed-interest-rate-crazy-2018-10?r=US&IR=T)
He was talking about that the FED did increase the rates too early, which slowed down the boom. But I still don't think that Trump is really making the FED responsible for this. He knows exactly that someone else caused this big cashout. Who was it though? It's clear that this is political and another try of the cabal to harm Trump and midterms.
