Two men accused of raping a nine-month-old and filming it are indicted

WASHINGTON (Circa) — 19-year-old Isiah Hayes and 22-year-old Daireus Ice have been indicted by a jury after their involvement in the rape of a 9-month-old baby, WMC reports.

Hayes, who admitted to the rape after being arrested in February, participated in intercourse with the baby while Ice filmed it.

The baby's mother found multiple videos of the incident on a cell phone and reported it to police. WREG reports Hayes could be seen in the video touching himself inappropriately with the child. The baby girl was nude from waist down as this was occurring.
