Maybe the timetable for the Plan was extended because of Justice Kennedy's unexpected announcement in June that he was going to retire.
If I had been in charge of the Plan, filling his SCOTUS seat would have been important enough to delay all other public aspects of the plan. The public display of charlatan and unAmerican behavior by the extreme left over Justice K was an added bonus.
I was one of those venting my impatience yesterday, but adequate sleep last night gave me a new perspective about the past 3 months.
I too am uncertain about "Trust Wray?"
I am certain he has one of the most thankless jobs in the administration. If he is a whitehat, he can't PUBLICLY answer questions about FISA or any other investigations so he is an easy target for Congressional and public barbs. If a blackhat, he is going to fail and has some very unhappy handlers.
