IF weather control and manipulation technology IS real and available, it begs the question, who is using it, good guys or bad guys?
IF the good guys are using it, then Trump and Q must know and have decided that those impacted lives are not as valuable other lives and are thus expendable to “cruel and unusual punishment,” a constitutional protection. This would be a serious violation of oath of office and loyalty to country.
IF the bad guys are using it, and the damages are as seen, then, Trump and Q cannot be in full control because the damage was not stopped or prevented.
Q writing that the world would know in July, a specific month was neither accurate and correct nor ambiguous. But your illogical ad hominem fallacy is noted.
If the world knows, then why are this image board and the associated claims still necessary? Are there not continued calls for memes? Where there not more Q posts? Was there not a q question asking if ready for arrests?
